That being said, additional insulation was added to walls facing tracks along with other noise abatement measures being taken. There are trains and at times, noise. We understand this
may not be for everyone. Attention to sustainability, energy conservation and generation and location to entertainment and services in walking distance still make this a wonderful place to live.
